Developed and produced by highly-respected brewmaster Garrett Oliver, this Belgian-inspired golden strong ale is an aromatic and very complex brew. Released for the first time just a few months ago, it is considered by many to be the finest effort from Brooklyn Brewery to date. The layers of flavors are wonderfully balanced, and the yeast-driven tastiness makes it a real treat. The 9% alcohol is carried smoothly, and the beer makes a great companion for spicy seafood dishes and fine cheeses.
